60 %
- 60% divided between those who carry out the project
- Project Manager
- + Intervenor A + Intervenor B…
- CALCULATION for the stakeholders who carry out the project
- It’s the Project Manager PM (who is in relation with the customer) who decides the distribution of the %
- A% for the Intervenor A
- B% for the Intervenor B
