60 %
  • 60% divided between those who carry out the project
  • Project Manager
  • CALCULATION for the stakeholders who carry out the project
  • It’s the Project Manager PM (who is in relation with the customer) who decides the distribution of the %
  • A% for the Intervenor A
  • B% for the Intervenor B
  • PM + A + B… = 60%
